This ceremonial bodywork is designed as a sacred cocoon - an intimate space where you are honoured, held and witnessed. A sanctuary of nourishment where you can remember how magical and powerful you truly are. A timeless portal that supports you through the shifting seasons of your inner and outer world.

An honouring of your sacred vessel as the temple of spirit. Each touch becomes a living prayer upon your body. A witnessing of you in your full multidimensionality - the light and the dark, the grief and the bliss, the pain and the ecstasy.

 

You will be held in a loving container blending touch, energy work and ritual:

  • Ceremonial Cacao and intention setting to soften into the heartspace as mama cacao wraps her loving arms around you

  • Devotional feet washing to honour the sacredness of your being as you begin to anchor in

  • Tending to the roots of the body - feet and legs through accupressure and reflexology to ground and soothe the nervous system

  • Cosmic head, crown and face massage

  • Anointing of the energy centers

  • Chest and breast massage - honouring the heart and inviting it to soften and open up to more love

  • Celtic womb blessing

  • Moxibustion for womb warmth & circulation

  • Deep fascial releases to let go of stored tension and transmute old stories

  • Womb, sacral and abdominal massage - connecting you to the center of your infinite power

  • Rebobzo wrapping and rocking of the head and pelvis to allow you to feel deeply held and to seal the energy

Altar

 

Offer yourself the gift of loving presence as you are devotionally tended to. Altar weaves into the tapestry of your being and nourishes you on a deep cellular level.

This shorter session allows us to focus on the specific area you feel most drawn to. The experience is just as nourishing and potent as the full session, with simply fewer elements woven in.

In this session, you can choose to focus on one of the following:

  • Roots - feet and legs

  • Crown - head and face + Heart - chest, breasts and arms

  • Chalice - womb and abdomen

    This experience is crafted to honour your body as the sacred altar of your spirit.

  • Sessions are offered in my home studio in Charminster, Bournemouth.


    If preferred, and depending on availability, I can also hold the Temple sessions at Wellness@Eight in New Milton or at Wholistic Roots in Southbourne, Bournemouth.
